The Board of Directors of Fight 4 Cure Inc act with honesty, integrity and openness in all dealings with visitors, guest, and donors as representative of the foundation.

Fight 4 Cure Inc has a clearly stated mission and purpose, approved by the Board of Directors, in pursuit of public good. Fight 4 Cure Inc programs support that mission.

Fight 4 Cure Inc establishes and follows clear processes for informing the public about grant opportunities and for receiving, reviewing and acting on grant applications that are consistent with its policies and purposes.

Board of Directors are aware of their responsibilities of managing Fight 4 Cure Inc assets responsibly. All financial reports are factually accurate and complete in all material respects and any forms required by the government are completed accurately and filed in a timely manner.

Fight 4 Cure Inc does not compensate Board of Directors because they operate in a volunteer capacity.

Board of Directors as well as their families will not profit financially from any philanthropic grant or activity or other compensation. If a Board of Director member has any personal or family affiliation or involvement with any organization for which a grant is considered, that affiliation will be disclosed and noted in Fight 4 Cure Inc meeting minutes.
